Students participating in 5th grade math programs are exposed to direct instruction, cooperative learning, games, real-world application, hands-on activities, and paper/pencil tasks. We will cover all areas of the curriculum, including whole numbers, decimals, fraction operations, ratios/percents, and geometry and algebra.
Students will work individually and in teams using several problem-solving strategies.
